Ignited States Hat Co. started in 2023 as a small, family-run mom-and-pop shop with a simple idea: create quality hats that represent the things we believe in and the places we love.

Our name comes from where it all began — burning our designs into leather patches. That process became part of our identity and helped inspire the name Ignited States. Leather patches remain a major part of what we do, along with screen-printed patches and other original designs.

We believe a great design deserves a great hat. That’s why we use quality brands such as Richardson and other premium caps chosen for their fit, durability, and comfort.

We love this country, and much of our inspiration comes from its beautiful coastlines, harbors, marinas, beaches, and the lifestyle that comes with being near the water. From local coastal designs to patriotic pieces, every hat is created with its own character and purpose.
